Delivery Hours

Our delivery hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, seven days a week. Orders received during these hours will be processed promptly and delivered within the specified time frame.

Next Day Delivery

Orders received after 5:00 pm may be subject to next day delivery, depending on the availability of our drivers and the volume of orders. While we strive to accommodate all orders, please understand that certain factors such as location and driver availability may impact delivery times.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver most items within 2-3 hours of receiving your order. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the busyness of our drivers. Rest assured, our team works diligently to ensure timely delivery of your products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and assigned to a driver, you will receive a notification with an estimated time on delivery.

Happy Highs currently delivers to Queens and Long Island. If you are located outside of our delivery area, please contact us to inquire about alternative arrangements.

Age Verification

All deliveries require age verification upon receipt. Please have a valid government-issued ID ready to present to the delivery driver. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
